Our Master Certified Professional Coach will help you achieve success in your personal and professional life. Our coach will work together with you as a partner to help you realize your goals. Your coach is a source of enthusiasm and support.   • If you are at an impasse between where you are and where you want to be in any area of your life, coaching may be for you.

Coaching or Psychotherapy?

  • Coaching is for individuals seeking personal growth, assistance with goal setting, relationship issues, money issues, and stress reduction. You may be a stay-at-home dad, a teacher, a professional or business executive. Coaching is for persons from all walks of life.
  • Coaching deals with the here and now and your coach works with you as a collaborative partner
  • Coaching promotes general wellbeing; it is NOT meant to treat any diagnosable mental health conditions
  • Psychotherapy is useful if you have been diagnosed with a disorder of thought, cognition, mood, emotional regulation, or perception or memory, that impairs your individual judgment, insight, behaviour, communication of social functioning
  • Psychotherapy is also useful if you are exhibiting concerning thought content, feelings, or behaviour but do not have a formal diagnosis
